Qualification: 1. MBBS /Dental/Ayush/B.Sc Nursing/ Masters in Hospital
Administration/ Health Management (MHA – 2 years full
time or equivalent) /Masters in Public Health with 5 years
experience in field of Health/Hospital Administration.

Minimum 3 years of experience in implementing NHM
programmes or Health Care Industry out of which 1-2
years relevant experience in the field of quality. Training
and experience of implementing a recognised quality
system like NABH/ISO 9001: 2008/Six
Sigma/Lean/Kaizen would be preferred.

2. Soft Skills: Excellent Computer proficiency with
commonly used packages like MS Word, Excel, Power
Point & Web surfing.

3. Excellent communication and presentation skills, analytical
and interpersonal abilities, excellent oral and written
communication skills in English. Preference will be given
to candidates who can write & speak regional languages
like Khasi, Garo & Jaintia.

4. Demonstrated ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team
environment as well as has experience in operationalizing
health programme at State/ district/ field level with
strengthening health systems at district / state level.

5. Willingness to travel to different districts/ Blocks to
provide technical assistance and ability to work on
different assignments simultaneously to meet the timelines
for assignments.

Qualification:  (a) Master in Commerce from any recognized university with
a minimum of 40% pass percentage.

(b) Accounting in Tally ERP package.

(c) Preference would be given to candidates with prior
knowledge of the CPSMS/PFMS Application of the
Ministry of Finance. Candidates having at least 1 year of
working experience in field level with any Centrally
Sponsored Schemes/Assistance to State Plan Schemes.
Candidates familiar with the NRHM MIS Reports.

(d) Candidates having knowledge in Microsoft Excel and
Microsoft Word Package.

(e)Candidate must be fluent in English and anyone of the
local language.

Qualification: 1. Masters/Post Graduate in Public Health/ Health
Management/ (2years) Hospital Administration from
reputed and recognised institutions. Minimum 3+ years of
experience in implementing NHM programmes or Health
Care Industry out of which 1-2 years relevant experience in
Child Health /Immunization related programmes.
Experience in the field of introduction of new Child Health
interventions/ vaccines in the State/ District level will be
desirable

2. Masters in Social Work from a reputed and recognised
institutions with 5+ years in implementing NHM
programmes or in Health Care Industry out of which 1-2
years relevant experience in Child Health /Immunization
related programmes. Experience in the field of introduction
of new Child Health interventions/ vaccines in the State/
District level will be desirable.

3. Preference will be given to candidates who have worked in
Child Health Immunization programme at State level and
District level.

4. Candidate having experience in public health system, and
relevant government policies/ strategies, particularly in the
field of Child Health and Immunization under National
Health Mission or Developmental Partners or National
NGO or International NGO or MNCs.
