  • Ability to multi-task managing multiple conversations simultaneously.
  • Manage customer time & responsiveness.
  • Outstanding customer service.
  • Willingness to take initiative and ownership.
  • Flexibility to work during weekends and night shifts.

Selection Process:

  • 1st round: Face to face interview
